Rahman Law’s Community Action Through Partnerships

Community action is our passion and we love sponsoring organizations that focus on ending cyclist and pedestrian injuries through education and advocacy.  Each year we sponsor various non-profits and local events that we feel will better our community.  Many of these organizations share our passion for ending cyclist and pedestrian injuries.  It may seem counterintuitive for personal injury attorneys to want fewer injuries, but that’s the truth of it.  We’re in this work to help people.

You may also see organizations in this list that are less focused on pedestrian and cyclist safety but are instead more focused on diversity and inclusion.  We feel strongly about fostering a safe space in our offices in California and hope to set an example in our community.  Only 38% of lawyers in the U.S. are female as of 2022.  Minority women, who make up over 35% of our population, represent just 8% of lawyers.  We are committed to serving communities where all ethnicities, gender identities, socio-economic statuses, and abilities are welcome and included.

Transforming San Francisco streets and neighborhoods into more livable and safe places by promoting the bicycle for everyday transportation.

San Luis Obispo International Film Festival

Providing a venue for international and local filmmakers in San Luis Obispo County; exposing an ever-expanding range of audiences to new ideas and experiences.

Walk San Francisco

Committed to ending inequities in traffic violence for all pedestrians in San Francisco, but prioritizing work in order to address the needs of people who are disproportionately affected by pedestrian safety issues.
